职位描述：
1.负责生产部的所有项目的组装工作的安排、协调；
2.负责根据公司的项目进度，完成部门周计划、日计划的工作安排；
3.负责生产部各种例会的召开；
4.负责生产部员工每天工作内容的确认及核实；
5.对生产部员工工作中遇到的难题给予解决，不能解决的问题及时反馈；
6.跟催和协调项目所需的物料；
7.对项目使用的物料进行监督管理；
8.负责项目看板和生产看板的维护工作；
9.负责与各部门沟通，尽快解决出现的各种问题（例售后服务工作等）；
10.负责生产部人员的日常管理，包括员工的加班安排、安全生产等；
11.负责员工的技能培训和考核工作；
12.负责生产现场的5s管理；
任职要求：
1.机械类大专及以上学历；
2.从事机械自动化工作5-8年以上及担任部门主管3年以上经验。
3.对工作积极、主动、认真、仔细，对工作有责任心、进取心；
4.有较强的沟通协调能力及团队意识,对公司有较高的忠诚度；
5.对事公平公正，能认真执行公司流程，服从公司安排；
