Job Purpose
Increasing sales and customer base for the company
Key Responsibilities
Maintain agreed performance levels for all customers.
Visit several key customers, ensure their needs are being met, and develop further business.
Preparation of commercial offers.
Organizing orders (persuading, custom clearance, transportation).
To increase sales volume in the assigned territory of responsibility.
Maintain & further develop relationships with authorized distributors, end users
Touch customer as the company interface for quotation, contract negotiation, technical clearance, customer training etc.
Carry out regular and progressive product training of end users and distributor personnel
Make recommendations to improve sales, channels of distribution, product quality and design
Maintain an information database on end users & distributors.
Observe company house rules & policies at all times
KEY Result Areas:
Overall Sales (units/revenue) growth in defined region
New customer development
Customer service and satisfaction
Educational Qualifications:
Technical or University Education in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering
Work Experience:
5-6 years in sales (lift industry or construction)
Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of English; very good PC skills (Ms Office); knowledge of AUTOCAD use is desirable
Skills and Competencies:
Sales skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, team work, negotiation
Working Conditions:
Availability for travelling, work hours, etc.
