职位描述：
1.对设施设备的定期保养并记录,能及时修理,对外围设备定期保养耗材的管理

5.维护公司公用系统，包括空压，水电，灯等等
To maintain the utility systems in the company, including Compress air supply, Electric power supply, water supply, lighting, etc
6.查看所有运作系统 ，确保有效和高效，比如空调温度，时间控制，门禁管控正常运行
To oversee ongoing operations of all systems, ensure operating at the optimum efficiency and effective, such as monitor air condition temperature and time control, access control and monitoring system work well
7.对各种系统制定预防性维护计划,实施计划,包括空调、消防系统、压缩空气、电梯等
Make preventive maintenance plan for various systems, and implement the plan on time, including air condition, fire system, compress air, elevator, etc
8.负责政府沟通联系关键政策,包括消防、安全检查、职业卫生等和随时关注新政策

9.维护EHS管理体系,以确保其持续满足体系要求、法律法规和其他要求,并持续改进
Maintain EHS management system, to ensure to meet the system requirements, laws, regulations and other requirements, and continuous improvement
10. 识别并评估环境因素、进行危险源辨识是与风险评价,识别并管理环境、职业健康、安全高风险作业

11. 完成设定的工作计划，以达成公司EHS目标、指标

12. 实施EHS培训，提高全员环境、健康、安全意识

13. 执行EHS检查、审核，制定并跟进行动计划和促进每个领域的HES绩效

14. 落实EHS年度监测计划

15. 管控应急装置、急救药品、个人防护用品、消防器材等

16. 事故（包括损工事件、急救事件以及未遂事件）调查，跟进纠正和预防措施
