职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Developing and maintaining the process sequence of operations for a particular product line in a safe, efficient manner.
开发和维护汽车传感器产线的生产工艺。
2. Monitoring and controlling processes, procedures, practices, projects and plant layouts to insure implementation within the group and branch guidelines and specifications.监控及控制相关工艺，进程，实际操作，项目和车间设备布局，以确保按照规范和技术要求运行。
3. Coordinating with Production, Maintenance, Testing and purchasing on the purchase, delivery and installation of new and replacement equipment in support of a particular process line.协调与生产，维护，测试，采购，物流部门的之间工作。
4. Coordinating with the Quality Assurance Department on customer specifications and in-process quality control.
协调内部与过程质量部门之间工作。
5. Investigation and implementation of cost saving ideas.研究并实现成本优化方案。
6. Troubleshooting manufacturing process problems, concerns and issues related to each process line.
解决相关生产工艺中出现的问题。
7. Maintaining documentation required by customer and internal quality systems (Work Instructions, FMEA, Control Plans)
维护客户和内部质量要求的相关文档（如作业指导书，失效模式与失效分析，控制计划等）
8. Participating in project teams during the development of new programs.
在新项目开发过程中积极参与到各项项目组工作。

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. 2+ years’ experience in the automotive industry or related field
两年以上汽车行业或者其他相关领域
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
3. Bachelor degree with mechatronics, mechanical and electronical engineering
机电，机械或者电子工程学专业本科学历
4. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is preferred.
