职位描述：
<p>主要任务/Main Tasks:
</p><p>1, 新客户、新产品测试过程工艺的开发、跟踪、改进和确定Process development, tracking, improvement and confirming when new customer or new product introduced.
</p><p>2, 涂层工艺的改进、调整和升级Improve, adjust and upgrade coating process.
</p><p>3, 根据客户需求测试新的涂层工艺，并满足客户量产要求Develop new coating process according to customer demand, and satisfy customer’s requirement before mass production.
</p><p>4, 依据工艺要求制定工艺流程，确保生产的流程符合公司产品的需求Define process flow as required, ensure the production process in line with the requirements of the company's products.
</p><p>5, 制定生产工艺，创建相关工艺文件并维护更新，确保生产文件始终保持在最新状态Define production processes, create and maintain related process document, ensure active process related document always in latest version.
</p><p>6, 日常生产工艺改进和开发Daily improvement and development of production processes.
</p><p>7, 涂层开发及改善过程中必要的相关工装治具及设备的策划、购买和改进Design and purchase coating related fixture and equipment as needed during process development and improvement.
</p><p>8, 辅助销售与客户之间的工艺沟通，可行性分析及涂层质量问题的分析解决Assist communication between sales and customers regarding processes, including feasibility analysis and coating quality issue analysis &amp; its solution approach.
</p><p>9, 客户涂层工艺的解释和沟通Explain and communicate with customer about coating process. </p><p>
10, 配合设备部门确保生产工艺不受设备维修和保养的影响Cooperate with equipment department to ensure the production process not affected by equipment repair and maintenance.
</p><p>11, 上级安排的其他工作事项Other assignments from supervisor.

必备条件 Minimum Requirements：
</p><p>1，金属材料、机械加工或涂层相关专业，本科及以上学历。
</p><p>2，切削刀片CVD硬质合金涂层行业3年以上工作经验，熟悉刀片的生产工艺和CVD设备工艺的制定及调整。
</p><p>3，较强的逻辑分析能力，良好的沟通能力，具有创新思维。
</p><p>4，能够熟练使用英语进行口头交流。
