岗位职责
1、根据公司的营销策略，负责区域的市场开拓，推广及发展客户；按照公司的计划开展销售活动，完成各项销售指标；建立、拓展新的销售渠道，并组织维护；
2、负责市场、销售、服务、内部管理、产品知识的培训及市场协助工作，并给予业务人员指导和管理；
3、负责收集反映客户、市场、产品、服务、竞争对手等相关信息，发展客户资源，确保信息的真实性和完整性。为公司营销战略决策提供依据；定期进行客户回访，提升客户满意度及客户良好的合作关系维持；

3、有涂料、建材行业工作经验者优先考虑；
4 、服从全国分配，适应出差
