Job Title: Corporate Development Manager
Location: Beijing


Role and Responsibilities
§ This Corporate Development position reports to the Vice President of Corporate Development
§ Support M&A activities, including analysis of target company financial statements. Develop financial models to evaluate target companies
§ Work closely with internal business groups to identify and comprehensively understand their service offerings, key solutions and business models
§ Partner closely with internal Market Intelligence team to conduct market research and analyze industry trends, growth opportunities, competitors, and customers
§ Help seek external strategic partnership opportunities, and coordinate with internal business groups to identify synergies and structure partnerships.
§ Work with external overseas and domestic investment bankers to search for and track M&A target companies
§ Assess related industry conferences and events, and organize company participation

Qualifications and Education
§ Minimum of Bachelors (4-year) degree in Finance or Accounting
§ 5+ years work experience
§ Must be experienced using Microsoft Excel
§ Must have strong written and spoken English skills

Preferred Skills
§ Experience in the IT industry, or strong understanding of IT services
§ Able to manage time in a flexible manner to ensure time overlap when communicating overseas
§ Strong teamwork skills and experience working in virtual teams
§ Excellent communication skills to proactively communicate with multiple departments throughout the company
§ Good document writing skills
