Key Responsibilities
Tax & AR accounting
1． Accountable for VAT invoice purchase & issue, deposit receipt issue & record.
负责购买及开具增值税专用/普通发票，项目押金收据的开具及登记；
2． Accountable for VAT input tax deduction and withholding tax filing and payment.
负责增值税专用发票的进项税额抵扣及办理非贸出证付款等事宜；
3． Accountable for monthly tax filing and quarterly tax statistics.
负责每月按时进行各种地税、国税等的申报及缴纳，完成季度税收统计表
4． Accountable for monthly billing & collection record and effectively inputting accounts into UFIDA or Oracle.
负责每月账单登记及收款核销工作，同时编制用友凭证；
5． Accountable for monthly AR ageing report and collection analysis according to the budget.
负责月编制应收账款账龄报表及收款分析，完成收款预算；
6． Accountable for weekly ageing more than 60 days AR report and collection analysis.
负责每周编制账龄超过60天的应收账款催款分析报表；
7． Assist GL to complete tax audit and AR audit.
协助总账会计完成税务及收款等审计事宜；
8． Assist GL to complete annual survey and annual clearance of CIT.
协助总账会计完成年检及所得税清算事宜。
Skills / Requirement:
1. Qualified accountants with 5 years' commercial accounting experience.
相关专业本科及以上学历，具有会计上岗证，5年以上财务工作经验；
2. Solid knowledge on local statutory requirement.
熟悉整个财务工作流程，具有一定的财务、税务独立工作经验
3. Good communication & analytical skills.
服从上司分配的工作，工作积极，自主能动。性格开朗，工作细致。
4. Proficient in PC application, especially in Excel and accounting software like SAP or Oracle.
熟练使用Excel及电算化软件，有Oracle或相关软件使用经验
5. Fluent in written and spoken English. (CET-4 above)
英语四级以上，读写流利。
