1、负责休闲部员工仪容仪表及考勤纪律工作；2、负责本区域的清洁工作，合理拟定周期卫生计划；3、对餐饮部经理负责，发挥助手作用，按时、按质、按量完成上级分配的各项任务；4、负责每日班前例会，根据营业情况合理调动人员、分配工作，做到人尽其用、人尽其才。5、加强营业中督导，坚持在一线指挥，及时发现和纠正服务过程的问题，不断改善服务质量，妥善处理客人纠纷；6、热情接待新老顾客态度谦和，及时满足客人各种合理的要求，并注意收集客人意见及时上报部门；7、负责本部门员工培训计划及落实，不断提高员工业务技能。 举报 分享
