职位描述：
1、5年以上从事乳胶漆生产研发工作经验，化工、高分子材料相关专业本科以上学历者优先；
2、能独立调色、打样、设计研发乳胶漆及相关水性系列产品；
3、具有成熟的产品配方和技术创新能力；
4、熟悉整个行业动态，产品研发趋势，原材料替换和施工工艺；
5、熟悉质量管理体系；
岗位职责:
1、负责主管乳胶漆等水性涂料产品的生产研发工作；
2、根据国内外市场的需求与动态，不断改进与完善现有产品的性能、降低生产成本，提高产品竞争力；
3、独立开发新产品，工艺改进。制定生产配方、工艺流程，能处理在生产过程中出现的技术问题；
4、对所负责公司产品标准进行改进和完善；
5、积极配合营销人员对客户提供细致周密的技术服务工作，提供技术咨询与指导； 
6、制定与推进相关业务的技术与项目管理体系； 举报 分享
