- 和车队、仓库、船公司、报关行等相关人员保持良好沟通，安排内陆运输或仓库装箱、报关等事宜，

- 收集全部箱封号数据信息提交船公司截AMS/ENS/VGM等 .

- 自发AMS ,ISF 信息并及时跟踪状态

- 确保录入系统的数据和信息准确无误

- 及时查询重箱进港和放关状态

- 根据客服报价制作费用确认发送给客户并开票

- 船开后及时给目的港发送预报

- 完成上级领导布置的任务

- 大学学历，物流相关专业优先

- 两年相关国际运输工作经验

- 普通话及英语流利

- 较好的学习能力，积极、自信，良好的团队合作精神

Responsibility:

- Arrange the booking with carrier / Booking Agent against CS’s instruction

- Coordinate with truck agent/warehouse/customs broker for smooth local operation

- Coordinate with customer with AMS/ENS/VGM submission to carrier on time

- Responsible for self AMS/ISF filling, and status follow up

- Responsible for timely and accurate data entry in company operation system

- Container on board status follow up

- Responsible for timely and accurate billing and B/L release to internal/external customer

- Responsible for timely pre-alert to overseas

- Complete the task assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

- College Degree or above

- Above 2 years' working experience in freight forwarding industry;

- Fluent in mandarin and English language;

- Fast learning, aggressive and confident, ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

History
Mainfreight began its operations in Auckland, New Zealand, in 1979, soon growing into New Zealand’s most extensive freight network. A shift in focus, in 1984, saw the opening of the first Mainfreight International branch.
Investment in Australian operations began in 1989 driven by a desire to treat New Zealand and Australia as a single market. Mainfreight’s presence in Australia continued to expand through both acquisition and branch proliferation across strategic locations.
Mainfreight became global in 1999 with the acquisition of businesses in both Asia and the United States. Full ownership of our Asian operations was completed in 2007 and today Mainfreight has several branches operating out of China. Expansion further continued in America with the purchase of Target Logistics Services in 2007. Mainfreight USA offers extensive services across the supply chain.
In 2011 Mainfreight acquired the business of Wim Bosman Group providing further opportunities to expand Mainfreight's international global network with branches throughout Europe.
