Objective of Position
Under the general guidance of SCM Manager, according to the business strategies, policies and procedures, to develop, monitor, review, coordinate and oversee the implementation of SOP strategies / policies and procedures / practices in purchasing, plans and activities to facilitate production process, optimize cost effectiveness, inventory and distribution optimization and support achievements of company objectives.在供应链经理的指导下，按照商业策略、政策和程序，发展、监控、检查、协调和掌控S&OP策略/政策和程序/方法包括采购、计划以更好安排生产、优化成本、优化库存及分销、完成公司的目标。
Main Responsibilities
? Lead the BPCC Supply Chain Planning team to ensure defined planning processes and systems are followed and maintained to meet business objectives带领BPCC供应链计划团队确保已制定的计划程序和制度能及时的维护和达到要求
? Support SCM Manager by serving as the CM MDI APO Demand Planning Application Management(DP BAM) to maintain DP system, process and training支持供应链经理负责维护CM MDI APO 需求规划应用管理相关的需求规划、处理和培训
? Support SCM Manager in responsible for BPCC system production and raw material plans including MRP and SNP systems maintenance支持供应链经理负责BPCC生产和原料计划，包括MRP和SNP系统维护
? Mastering of S&OP Plan(Sales, Inventory, Operation Planning) Process for both KUM and KUS supply chain planning areas主管KUM和KUS 供应链计划方面的S&OP计划控制（销售、存货、运作计划）程序
? Accountable for planning performance KPIs such as production plan adherence, procurement plan adherence, delivery plan adherence, inventory targets for relevant materials and products负责计划绩效KPI，如：生产计划坚持、采购计划坚持、出货计划坚持，相关的物料及产品的库存目标。
Job Requirements
? Education: Bachelor degree for Business related
? Working Experience: At least 5 years in relevant (chemical or supply chain) industry.
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: business and logistics planning knowledge and skills. Good English skills and Microsoft office using skills.
