1.Take responsibilities for the setup and management of a dedicated dealer channel for medical equipment in ZhengZhou Province.
2.Identify and set-up a dedicated dealer channel for entry-level products in the assigned territory(intial one-time effort)
3.Manage and monitor the dealer to achieve the defined sales targets
4.Minitor market dynamics and feedback market information and suggestion
5.Support dealer to establish and maintain good-relations with local institutions, organization and government departments on provincial and city-level
6.Engage in government procurement projects in the assigned territory
7.Enhance dealer qualification through training
8.Marketing and sales knowledge in the field of medical equipment,Market and product knowledge in entry-level X-ray,Good communication and coordination skills,Independent and team work,Dealer management process.
9.Over 3 years experience in Medical equipment sales with minimum 3 years of experience as regional channel manager in medical industry
10.Working experience in company with particular strength in entry-level X-ray equipment market
