Setup procedures for the usage of the department together with log. director

Setup reporting procedures
Monthly monitoring of KPIs from all departments and suggestive action where needed
Actively seek out information which can improve the operation of warehouses/DC’s
Actively approach retail to identify improvement points
Report, solve and continuously improve the logistics situation
Conduct regular audits on invoices, performances and operations
Kick start national “cut waste” program though the methodology of lean
Perfect English ability of speaking and writing
Ability to define requirements, analyze facts, and determine relevant solutions/actions to be taken
Strong personality and ability to spot waste areas, cut them away and improve the flow
Energetic and motivating
Good communication and organization skills
Diplomatic, influencing & decisive
Extrovert personality with logical sense and overview skills
