Job Duties:
岗位职责
1. 配合销售完成日常的询价、根据销售计划安排销售行程和递交相关报告和报表,为销售提供必要的相关方案和数据支持等;
2. 做好销售与其他部门以及客户之间的沟通桥梁;
3. 做好销售后备,力所能及的完成一定的销售任务;
4. 独立处置询盘、报价、合同条款的协商及合同签订等辅助事宜;
5. 监控客服代表处理投诉的效率;
6. 如兼预付货客服职责,做好整理、分析、生成客户关注热点的资料,给予销售部门做市场分析,跟进大客户棘手问题的处理,培训、辅导客服人员;
及时向上级汇报及处理上级交办的其他工作任务。
岗位要求
1.Full of passion, outgoing, personable, customer service oriented and high quality of self-management & willing to learn.

2.College education and ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
普通话英语流利,沟通有效。
3.Sales support experience and/or account manager experience in the international transportation industry is strongly preferred.
具有在国际性货运公司担任销售支持或客服的经历。
4.Experience in global trade lane & sales support experience is a big plus.
有服务于多国航线和有销售支持经验的优先考虑。

History
Mainfreight began its operations in Auckland, New Zealand, in 1979, soon growing into New Zealand’s most extensive freight network. A shift in focus, in 1984, saw the opening of the first Mainfreight International branch.
Investment in Australian operations began in 1989 driven by a desire to treat New Zealand and Australia as a single market. Mainfreight’s presence in Australia continued to expand through both acquisition and branch proliferation across strategic locations.
Mainfreight became global in 1999 with the acquisition of businesses in both Asia and the United States. Full ownership of our Asian operations was completed in 2007 and today Mainfreight has several branches operating out of China. Expansion further continued in America with the purchase of Target Logistics Services in 2007. Mainfreight USA offers extensive services across the supply chain.
In 2011 Mainfreight acquired the business of Wim Bosman Group providing further opportunities to expand Mainfreight's international global network with branches throughout Europe.
