Position Description:
1. Lead and support project release from BT/IT.
2. New Product tracking and process optimization
3. BOM/EC review and data Management.
4. Plant MFG issues analysis and support to minimize business impact.
5. Can setup cross function communication and lead win-win solution on grey area workload.

Position Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in engineering role, Server Product related background will be preferred
2. Bachelor degree or above, computer science or engineering background education is preferred;
3. Be familiar with the manufacturing engineering process, be able to lead and manage change
4. Project management skill, and problem driving leadership is a must;
5. Be proactive, professional and sound people skill; willing to help others; can work under pressures;
6. Good oral and written English communication
7. Be familiar with SAP and office tools
