MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS

· Manage
and process importation and exportation Customs declaration for assigned
brands.

· Ensure
importation & exportation SOP compliance and efficient.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS
POSITION

该职务的主要职责

· Track
the entire importation and exportation Customs declaration process

· Prepare
importation documents with100% accuracy of customs category, HP, batch no.
etc.

· Prioritize
& expedite urgent shipment based on marketing / planner requirement.

· Monitor
importation forwarder, agent, supplier and customer to ensure import/export
operation smooth and efficient.

· Coordinate
with other related function teams(marketing / warehouse / finance ) to ensure entire importation flow run smoothly.

· Documents
filing, and prepare oversea payment required documents on time.

Key competencies:

with the import and export process, Cosmetics and Food industries is
preferred

communication in Chinese and English

organized and detailed

years above working experience in importing and exporting position
