The Distribution
Planner manages the counter presence rate and counter stock coverage for all
the skus and counters of the brand(s) he/she is in charge of.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF
THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

The Distribution Planner is the
interface between the brand’s Marketing, Sales and Forecaster and the Supply
Planner in China. Main responsibilities are to:

1. Manage counter
replenishment parameters and quantities by sku and counter based
on sku’s lifecycle status and actual sellout to achieve high presence rate,
contained stock coverage and low obsolescence + short shelf life costs
new items allocate launch quantities, provide qualitative feedback
on launch success
basic items pilot logistic parameters update, monitor process
efficiency, manage short supply
end of life determine total sell out quantity till EOL, manage
catalogue

2. Provide
visibility on performance
and risks for presence rate and stock coverage to Brand & Shared Service
Center
weekly presence rate, order modification rate
monthly service trend and root cause analysis, stock level quality,
stock coverage

3. Make
recommendations and lead actions to
drive business metrics with key internal functional areas

4. Animate periodic
logistics reviews with brand’s Top Management and key clients

5. Update ERP/POS with
accurate sales status data by sku based on forecasts, supply, lifecycle and
stock to maintain efficient working environment

In this position, all initiative taken to propose
and conduct any continuous improvement actions / project (optimized tool, simplified
processes, reduction of administrative workload...) will be welcome and
encouraged.

· 2-3 years Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain
Planning experience

· Knowledge and understanding of Distribution / Supply
Chain concepts and application

· English proficiency

· Strong analytical, planning and organizational
skills

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills
(oral & written)

· Ability to animate reviews with top management

· Proficient in Excel

· Self-starter with ability to work independently
under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
