To provide legal advice on copyright and image rights issues to BUs/entities (Marketing, Digital, PR team).
1) Advise operational and functional departments especially on copyright and image rights.
2) Negotiate and draft all types of legal documents and contracts with various partners (third party licensors, models, KOL, photographers, illustrators, communication agencies, freelance, etc.) .
3) Optimize legal security/compliance: provide reporting of legal documents and litigations, manage preliminary authorisations, follow compulsory standards. 
4) Litigations and transactions: follow litigations (pre-litigations, litigations, trials and/or transactions) working with the departments concerned and external counsels.
5) Increase operational and functional departments awareness of Group best practices (in particular legal charter).

PREFERRED PROFILE
1) Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized PRC law school with qualification in IP
2) Ability to negotiate and draft contracts.
3) A minimum of four/five years’ post-qualification experience. Experience in a multinational company or in an reputed law firm is prefereable.
4) Strong understanding of business needs. Approach problems holistically to reach practical solutions.
5) Excellent English and Chinese language skills, both verbal and written. Good communication skills and ability to deal with a diverse range of cultures.
6) Pragmatic, Ability to adjust priorities, Flexibility in delivering legal work.
