Key Job Accountabilities:

• Be responsible for data Management/Analysis for research, development and evaluation in R&I China

• Conduct data analysis for R&I

• Help to setup the best design for the tests in order to obtain the most accurate results

• Support global/local data warehouse projects

• Contribute to develop the statistical analysis toolbox

   

   

  Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree in data science, applied mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field with intensive training in numerical analytics

• Deep understanding of data pipeline

• Experience with data analysis using basic data modelling techniques including descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation, regression and modeling etc.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning or Deep Learning is highly preferred

• Proficient coding skill in one or more of the following programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, VBA or Matlab

• Familiar with main stream statistical software such as SAS, SPSS or XLSTAT

• Good communication skill and problem solving ability
