岗位职责：

1.   执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类人事行政规章制度的实施，并搜集上报当地相关政策； 

2、执行招聘工作流程，办理员工招聘、入职、离职、变动等手续； 

3、管理劳动合同，人力资源相关文件和员工档案； 

4、整理、统计员工日常考勤资料，制作薪资及相关报表； 

5、办理各项社会保险事务； 

6、组织实施公司内外部培训； 

7、组织员工活动，沟通协调公司内外部关系 

8、及时完成上级安排的其他各项工作事务。

岗位要求：

1、熟悉国家各项劳动人事政策法规；

2.   大专以上学历相关专业优先；

3.   英语熟练，四级以上优先；

4.   为人正直。

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

？ Be the central point for rollout and implementation of HR/People-related activities within TGF’s Centre of Excellence (COE).

？ Liaise with TGF Division, TGF Regional, and HR specialists to provide support in delivery of HR Strategy and the People Plan - including advice, source materials, facilitation, communication, coordination, training, ‘on-ground’ delivery, etc.

？ Ensure the Toll Values are at the heart of all that we do in COE.

？ Build linkages across the Network and develop a consistent, easily understood and pragmatic approach to people-related matters.

？ Align policies and processes within COE and attend to any HR operational issues.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Actively facilitates the embedding of PPG within COE and ensures the maintenance of the job classification process.

？ Provides support of recruitment activities by liaising with line managers and search firms and ensuring that the latter provide value for money.

？ Supports the PAR process via training and regular communication.

？ Develops and maintains EES Action Plans and is a central point of contact and sharer of best practice.

？ Supports Employee recognition practices, and generates ideas, activities, ‘themes’ for heads to buy into.

？ Rollout and maintains support for Group initiatives e.g. Toll EAP, Toll Disclosure Hotline, Pre-appointment screening, etc.

？ Develops and ensures rollout of COE Induction framework, consistent with Group practice

？ Provides co-ordination and facilitation support as required e.g. Workday, Managing Your Team, e-learning modules, Leadership@Toll, etc.

？ Develops, launches and maintains ownership of TGF Internship / Traineeship scheme(s).

？ Provides support for Global Collaboration team and builds linkages to local Collaboration teams to help further develop a collaborative culture and enhanced levels of employee engagement.

？ Reviews contracts – both for foreigners and locals, to ensure they are legal and appropriate by jurisdiction.

？ Provides support as required to TGF Corp HR.

？ Ensures all regulatory and group policy requirements are met at all times.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

？Flexibility is key, the role will be exposed to and involved with many and varied initiatives and issues. Need to maintain regular contact with Network/colleagues in Asia. Some international travel may be required, as well as calls/meetings outside of regular local office hours.
