ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for checking and booking Invoices or employee reimbursement, preparing payment documentation on a daily basis.
• Responsible to verify, analyze, investigate and resolve invoice issue, and payment discrepancies.
• Responsible for all kinds of queries from internal or external.
• Ensure the accounting treatment and all invoices are booked to correct account code.
• Ensure processed invoices are followed by company policy.
• Responsible for assigned account reconciliation, and prepare related journal entry during month-end closing if necessary.
• Any ad-hoc tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Good communication skills
• Be proficient in ERP system and MS-OFFICE
• Earnest, reliable, efficient and must be a team player

2) Minimum educational level:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Management, Finance or Accounting.

3) Minimum experience:

• Prefer to have Accounts Payable relevant experience for at least 6 months.
