职位描述：
? 负责员工出勤管理，包括员工考勤、加班、年休假、病假等出勤记录统计审核；
? 负责更新及维护员工数据库以确保所有薪资福利报告和记录的准确性；
? 与中智等公司协作，确保员工薪资福利、社会保险、劳动合同管理及入离职手续办理等相关事宜的完成；
? 协助年度及季度奖金计算发放等相关事宜；
? 负责员工档案保管，劳动合同签订,试用期及合同续签等相关事宜的沟通联系，资料准备等；
? 负责员工商业医疗保险报销,及与商业保险公司之联系沟通,以维系员工及公司利益;
? 给财务部提供所需薪资报表；
? 完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作。

要求:
? 良好的组织能力和执行能力；
? 积极的、有效的沟通技巧；
? 持续的学习能力；
? 具备专业素质；
? 良好的团队精神。
? 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源及相关专业；
? 3年以上相关工作经验，至少1年C&B方面工作经验者优先；
? 英语阅读和书写熟练，口语流利；
? 熟练掌握Excel, PowerPoint等办公室软件。
