main responsibilities / 主要职责:
1)Hunt, develop, generate and identify business opportunities, focus on Advanced Car Association, Entrepreneurs Association, the Golf Association, returnees associations, yacht clubs, and wine;
协助主管开发新的业务机会(联名信用卡等),主要针对银行和各个行业的知名企业等;
2) maintain effective and successful relationship with existing key customers and partners;
与现有关键客户和业务伙伴保持有效及成功的战略合作关系;
3) manage, evaluate, develop and train the regional dealers;
协助主管评估、开发以及培训合作伙伴;
4) develop strategic relationships with direct/indirect customers and local dealers;
与包括直接客户、间接客户以及代理商在内的多方伙伴建立长期的战略合作关系;
5) consolidate regional sales plan by consistently follow-up, and achieve the assigned sales targets within the designated regions or industries;
持续跟踪客户以巩固并建立相应的销售计划,在指定的区域或者工业领域完成既定的销售目标;
6) work with engineering team to offer proposals/solutions to meet customers' needs and expectation;
与设计部门保持密切合作,提供产品/解决方案以满足客户的需求;
requirements / 任职资格:
1) sound technical knowledge combined with experience and a passion for selling value of complex and consultant intensive technical solutions rather than merely a product;
具备专业的技术背景知识与销售技巧相结合的复合型销售人才;
2) experience of territory business development and dealer management;
具有区域业务拓展以及经销商管理经验;
3) can work under pressure independently, willingness to go on frequent business trips, and valid driving license is preferred;
能够独立开展工作,愿意出差,有驾照;
4) strong intercultural awareness with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, open mind to share with others;
出色的沟通、演示以及商务谈判技能,性格开朗,乐于与人分享;
5) confident, enthusiastic, flexible, hands-on and well-organized professional with strong business acumen.
