1、负责指定区域的销售目标的计划、执行；
2、负责指定区域的市场开发、客户维护和销售管理等工作；
3、按照公司制定的销售及市场策略方案，进行区域内的推广工作；
4、负责指定区域内的客户服务保障工作；
5、收集客户资料，建立完备的客户管理档案；
6、关注负责区域内的市场动态，并向公司及时反馈；

人员要求：
1、大专或以上学历，市场营销、医药、医疗器械及医学类等相关专业；
2、3年以上销售经验，助听器、听力设备、康复医疗设备等行业销售经验优先；
3、具有良好的团队合作意识；
4、善于沟通，能够与渠道经销商保持良好关系；
5、具有良好的时间管理以及制定销售计划与执行能力；
6、具有良好的学习能力，能够承受一定的工作压力和出差；
