Position Description:
– Manage Day to Day Lenovo BC activities as per calendar
– Assessing likelihood and significance of risk, Evaluate control
adequacy and Provide advice on controls requirements
– Evaluate and improve Key process in Lenovo to have appropriate
risk management, controls and governance
– Ensure process standardization
– Communicate common internal controls requirements
– Manage Quarterly Disclosure Process
– Monthly and/ or Quarterly Business Controls Scorecards
– Compliance Testing/ Reporting To Management
– Follow Up on Business Controls Action Items to Closure
– Track Internal Audit Action Items to Closure
– Conduct 100% Compliance Testing for key functional process.
– Drive 100% Self Assessment by BPO’s

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5-8 Years Audit Experience/ Business Controls/ Internal
Control
3. Good cross function communication skill
4. Good English in both overall and written
5. Good team worker
