is looking for a Talent Recruiter to join our office in Beijing. If you are a people’s person, with a passion for making connections and building relationships, we would like to meet you. If you have previous experience in crowd recruitment, management and/or marketing in an international environment, you might be our perfect candidate Responsibilities 1. Define recruiting strategy and deploy recruiting activities. Reach out and attract onsite or remote foreign candidates to fulfill different project requirements. 2. Use and develop new digital media channels to increase Pactera’s visibility and brand with the purpose to bring new talent 3. Continuously expand our pool of local and global collaborators to build an online community 4. Organize a series of campaigns to expand our influence and brand in the universities and other foreign student communities with the goal to build a strong partnership and provide a constant flow of crowd collaborators 5. Explore and implement other collaboration models and setups to further scale and improve foreign resource recruitment Requirements 1. Proven experience in recruiting and/or managing external resources in an international environment 2. Experience in crowdsourcing and/or marketing will be a plus 3. Good English skills in reading, writing and oral communication 4. Excellent communication and networking skills, ability to engage people and create strong collaboration relationships 5. Internet savvy with a passion for social media and other online networking tools 6. Need to be thoughtful, original and creative, should have ability to develop recruiting channels and coaching junior recruiters 7. Quick response, able to work under pressure, adapt to changes quickly 举报 分享
