职位描述：
1. To understand the most updated RCL China sales and marketing status as well as training needs from South China region, both internally inside RCL company and externally among trade industry.
2. To develop South China regional trade training plan in line with overall RCL sales training strategy, including time, target audience, training decks as well as budget control.
3. To carry out training on time schedule, under different situation, towards different target audience.
4. To work with different department to understand their most updated information for content development purpose.
5. To monitor and collect most updated information from the travel industry, cruise industry, to share these information during training session.
6. To monitor and get feedback from internal and external after each training delivered, to make sure that training keeps effective and meets training needs.
? Presentable and be able to presentative RCL’s brand
? Very strong in training skills as well as communication skills
? Be able to travel frequently within South China region
? 3-5 years training experience, ideally in a multi-national environment
? Travel Industry & FMCG experience preferable
? Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Good English both written and spoken
