职位描述：
1. To develop training deck development plan, including training topics, content, deadline.
2. To work with all relevant departments, shore side or ship side, to collect all necessary information and knowledges, for content development purpose.
3. To be fully responsible for developing training decks within deadlines.
4. To check, update, file and share all training decks on a regular basis.
5. To be onboard RCL fleet or competitor fleet as per request, to collect information and turn these information into training contents.
6. To monitor and collect most updated information from the travel industry, cruise industry, to share these information among trade team, on a regular basis.
7. To monitor and get feedback from internal and external after each training delivered, to make sure that training decks are effective and meet training needs.
? Good communication skills, strong presentation skills
? 3-5 years in-house training experience ideally in a multi-national environment
? To be able to work under pressure
? Travel Industry & FMCG experience preferable
? Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially for Excel, PowerPoint
