POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide dedicate account management support to Head of Sales (OTA) to a targeted portfolio of OTA accounts.
Build and maintain business relations with key business partners by applying the principles of strategic account management to achieve account market share goals across all traditional travel agencies in the market.
Develop strong partnerships with key business players for purpose of penetrating and growing market share.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for increasing Royal Caribbean’s preference, loyalty and profitable share within overall Eastern China sales through the efforts of revenue generation and value creation.
- Execute the overall account strategy for assigned accounts to generate and maximize business
- Develop work plans , ensure timely delivery of work needed from team and partner
- Develop own recommendation and autonomously build presentations
- Explore new approaches and frameworks to solve issues
- Develop periodic presentations on business state of assigned accounts
- Partner with cross-function stakeholders including other Finance department, Operations, Legal, etc. to gather internal information and opinions

QUALIFICATIONS:
List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
- Bachelor degree and good academic achievement
- Minimum 3-5 years of travel related work experience
- Bi-lingual: English / Mandarin
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to influence people with and without direct reporting relationships, management experience preferred
- Demonstrated flexibility and problem solving skills
- Self starter with ability to deal with ambiguity
