POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will work as the business solution analyst across solutions for different domains including direct sales, trade sales, CRM, etc. This role will focus on business requirement understanding and structured definition, co-design business process with business users and process breakdown from IT perspectives and functional detail design (storyboard) before handshake with Development Team. He/she will also handle the solution verification and testing together with business owners, and support in Change Management and Communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with business owners in different domains to understand the requirement roadmap and priority, and facilitate approval within IT governance processes
- Play the technical lead or project management role in business requirement analysis, solution formulation and delivery.
- Lead solution integration by applying relevant technology, working within framework of company IT strategy and technology standards
- Drive discussion with businesses stakeholder and users to identify business benefits, provide solution total cost of ownership, build and write business case
- Define business requirements in a structured manner
- Co-design to-be process with business owners and obtain business approval.
- Breakdown process from IT perspectives for functional detail design (storyboard) with alignment with business users.
- Work with other internal teams, such as Development Team, for architecture and infrastructure support, to achieve handshake with Development Team for shared requirement understanding
- Communicate with business functions and business units to advocate the project and ensure progress.
- Support management of external vendors and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Manage communication with users and stakeholders, including periodical meeting within project team, steering committee, etc.
- Monitor system utilization and performance, find potential issues and provide optimization recommendation proactively.
- Ensure process integrity and system security, account and change management, etc.
- Lead business users to conduct testing and report test result
- Work with external vendor, global solution teams to deliver continuous improvement and changes.
- Manage documentation for project and Application systems
- Deliver training to business users
- Track solution benefit realization. Advocate usage of application system to gain more benefit
- Develop and sustain IT General Control
- Support in Change Management and Communication

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
ESSENTIAL
- Bachelor degree and above holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering, science, finance & accounting, or equivalent.
- 3 years’ above experience in IT business application requirement analysis, implementation and support in corporate
- Strong ownership, pro-active thinking and action
- Willing and able to take the leader role in the assignments
- Eager to learn quickly about new IT technologies and business processes
- Interest to work with business owners and users in different domains
- Flexible, organized, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Able to follow guidelines and methodology, and work in a team environment
- Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Mature, proactive and committed; never wait.
DESIRABLE
- Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain composure and delivery
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
- Strong initiative and judgment skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities
