POSITION SUMMARY:
To frame the internal Sales training courses and external training for the China travel trade.
To develop internal training courses smooth the internal procedure which include RM, OP basic knowledge, Charter Contract, Sales report, chase balance due payment, Market coop, Contracting, Relationship with TA, Royal Display, Competitor Information collection.
To continually educating and engaging the trade in RCI brand, Booking tools and thereby supporting sales growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To develop the annual trade training plan in line with overall commercial and marketing objectives. To ensure alignment with sales and trade marketing.
2. Co-ordinate training program arrangements
3. Work with internal departments to maintain training material updates
4. Coordinate training materials and plans for events and work with venues to ensure the events needs are set up and planned
5. To ensure that strategic products are a focus across all activity
6. To work with the Regional Marketing Managers and the Trade marketing team to ensure that all trade training communications are consistent and achieve cut through
7. To regular monitor training channel performance and report back to the business on how trade training has facilitated sales.
8. Responsible for management, motivation and personal development of direct reports, including an ongoing programme of mentoring and skill development, the setting of objectives and regular appraisals
9. Help monitor effectiveness of all training delivery through various evaluation methods
10. Set up of virtual classrooms & implement new efficiencies where necessary
11. Collect competitors’ ship information and formulate analyzing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:
List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
? 3-5 years in-house training experience ideally in a multi-national marketing environment
? Training Qualification essential
? Experience in supporting field sales on the job coaching and performance tracking. Analytical to drive the sales call productivity
? Build training frame work and develop training materials for staff at different level ( Junior to Medium ) , both internal and external
? Hands-on and like to work under challenging sales environment
? Travel Industry & FMCG experience preferable
? Accept frequent travelling
