职位描述：
？ Manage regular promotional activities
1) Planning eye-catching and appealing selling points to all channel sales
2) Confirm tactical promotion mechanism among cross-functional dept
3) Checking and discuss execution possibilities with operation/revenue/DM/east regional sales team
4) Control good quality of key visual design and POSM adaptation
5) Calculate POSM amount and ensure on-time delivery
6) Tracking in-store POSM in order display
7) Tracking related sales performance(sell-in & sell-out)
        Support good cost performance media
1) Optimize on-hand budget allocation and analyzes media environment for key sourcing markets in North region.
2) Bargain and evaluate resource provided by different media channel and come out a best investment decision
3) Post tracking

？ Manage trade partner engagement programs
1) Planning and track trade cooperation programs
2) Manage trade roadshows and seminar activities
3) Manage industry exhibitions
        Manage theme cruise for OV
1) Planning in trend topic for differentiated TA group in seasonal paces
2) Coordination with onboard team for assistance needed to secure a smooth rundown before cruising day
3) On scene execution and post communication to TA & end consumers


？ Manage Co-branding cooperation
1) Inspect and negotiate with potential premium brands as co-branding partners.

？ Other Ad hoc assignments

-Bachelor above
-5 years or above corporate working experience in media/marketing/trade marketing dept. , tourism or related industry will be a plus
-Familiar with media environment and target group media habits in key cities
-Has strategic thinking on brand and business development mindset
