International Graduate Programme of CGR Group
The highlight of International Graduate Programme：
-To provide 12 months of French training opportunities and short-term mission, to create the best starting point of your career in the field of auto industry;
-Having a Strong work support network, such as your senior predecessors, team partners, quality managers and the development of your quality engineer;
-Having the opportunity to meet overseas trainees which come from china or other countries, to establish your own internal network;
-Having a rapid development of automotive career prospects;
The main tasks of this function:
-By using Quality tools like: QRQC, 5M, 5P, Audit, SPC, FMEA, etc…
-To audit and qualify suppliers for raw material, components and sub-contracting;
-To be able to manage a multi-function team;
-To check the good application of quality rules in production via audits;
-To manage QRQC which in order to implement continuous progress;
-To follow and solve some internal non-conformity;
The introduction of this Programme：
The elite talents training programme of CGR Group was considered as an international recruitment and training plan, which has the following characteristics:
-According to a global development strategy of CGR Group, we provide 12 months training for the elite people.
-The detail responsibilities and requirements are listed below:
1，Fluent in French and Chinese overseas student who had background of study abroad in France;
2，Full-time Mechanical major in bachelor and above degree, master preferred;
3，Has the good team cooperation ability, as well as good communication skill;
4，Has a Professional working attitude and be able to work under pressure, service minded;
Future Directions:
After completed with training programme, the trainees will be assigned to the position of project engineer at CGR Springs (JIAXING) Company Limited;
