The European company located in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang province, its factory was established in China many years ago, now with the company restructure, we are looking for an expert as Technical Sales Support / Business Development Manager - Technical Parts for the Power Tool Industry

2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职能

· To maintain and deepen the business with the existing Power Tool Industry customers as well as develop the business with potential Power Tool Industry customers by supporting the sales team in all technical questions (1 / 2 component technical parts).

· Supporting the IPS sales Department in all technical aspects until the new project is finished.

· Clarifying all technical requirements of the technical parts and documents, such as dimensions, definition, part drawing etc.

· Responsible for the feasibility study of the project.

· Taking care of mold concept with the Engineering department and prepare the DFM for the customer as well as Engineering department.

· Leading the technical discussions with customers and solving problems.

· Being the interface between IPS Sales department and Engineering department in technical aspects.

· Active role in several People Change Management activities

6 QUALIFICATIONS 资历条件

Education 教育背景

· University degree or above base on a technical background (business area)

· Focus on quality, economics or engineering

· English level: CET-6, fluent English (Oral and written)

Working Experience 工作经验

· At least 10 years experience working in tool making and plastic part production, preferable with an international company

· Experience in mold design

· Experience in CAD system (UG preferred)

· Self-motivated

· Good at negotiations

· Excellent organizer and project manger

· Capable of handling multiple works at the same time, working under constant pressures.
