Job description

1. Prepare annual financial budget and quarterly forecast; and manage daily actual activities according to the overall budget;
2. Maintain the full set of accounts and management reports
3. Maintain an effective accounting and inventory costing system/processes based on FD's requirement
4. Supervise and manage staff accountants & analysts
5. Ensure an effective invoicing and account receivable process
6. Ensure timely processing and reporting of all expenses/reimbursements/claims
7. Filing of required statutory, regulatory and tax returns
8. Manage cash effectively
9. Prepare, analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial and managerial statements as required by management
10. Based on F&A Manager’s requirement to develop policies and detailed rules related to financial affairs, oversee effective implementation of these regulations
11. Ensure accuracy of company assets records; oversee reasonable investment plan to provide necessary analysis to F&A Manager ;
12. Work with F&A Manager, designing effective tax plans to reduce tax burdens
13. Support and/or lead ad-hoc project work when required
14. Maintain effective working relationships with all internal & external parties eg. Banks, auditors
15. Coach staffs and help team to grow up

Job requirement:

-Understanding PRC Accounting, and know PRC Tax laws and regulations.
-Have experience working in a multinational manufacturing
-Familiar with ERP software SAP preferred, as well as MS-Office packages.
-Good teamwork skills
-Good English both in spoken and written; English CET-4 above.
-Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
