Responsibility:

Assist / Suggest Q.M.R. in developing training plan for management and staff.

Ensures that inspection activities carried out at different stages in the process adhere to the Quality plan.

Responsible to attend Management Review Meetings session.

Briefs the progress to Quality Management Representative regarding the implementation process of quality management system.

Coordinates with supervisors of departments for development of detailed procedures. Initiates actions to implement the same.

Organize all the activities involved in carrying out internal quality audits with Q.M.R. to check whether system is in conformance with the documented procedures.

Responsible to ensure that the latest versions of relevant records are available to the users concerned.

Manages and maintains data bases for the quality system and prepares/assists in preparation of annual reports and quality trending reports

Reports the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and production activities and participates in improvement programs

Interact with all production departments to reach the company targets.

Creates and report productivity main performances indicators. Proposes activities to continuous improvement of the key performance indicators.

Requirement:

5 years experience in similar position in international company

College degree, English skills both in written and spoken.

SAP knowledge preferable

Good knowledge of most popular softwares (MS Excel, MS Word, ….)

Team leading skills

Problem solving oriented

Oriented to the team working

High degree of curiosity to the unknown and to the continuous improvement

Ready to manage continuous changes and emergencies

Be strategic, methodical, logical and detail oriented

Have proficient interpretation skills for figures, statistics, regulations and policies
