1.具有2年以上生产计划管理经验。熟悉生产计划制定流程。
2.有一定的英语基础，要有英语口语和书面语的交流能力。
3.大专以上学历，能熟练使用办公软件，有ERP软件操作经验尤佳，比如Axcept, Baan, SAP等。
4.对机械生产工艺有一定了解，熟悉设备维护管理。
5.根据客户需求及时安排发货，负责外协订单的维护及追踪， 对物料控制有独到见解和运筹能力。
6.工作认真细致、为人踏实努力，能适应加班，良好的沟通协调能力，能够组织调度各部门协同生产。
