5、有复合材料行业管理经验优先；
6、精通英语，能熟练的与外商沟通交流。

Title:Facility Manager
Reports to:President, TGC Jiaxing
Direct Reports: Engineering/QA; Purchasing/Inventory; Cust. Service Lead; Production Manager; Outside Sales; Accounting; HR Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage facility resources (people, inventory, equipment, tooling) in a manner that insures optimum levels of customer service, product quality, on-time delivery, low costs and overall profitability.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
1.Supervise, evaluate and develop all direct reports
2.Manage the order acquisition process and grow facility sales through coordination with TGC Jiaxing sales force and emphasis on superior customer service
3.Manage the order fulfillment process to insure 100% quality and on-time delivery in the most efficient, cost effective manner possible
4.Work with other TGC facilities to transfer work for optimum quality, service, lead time and costs across the total company
5.Manage the financial performance of the business by monitoring the daily gross profit report, monthly financials and timely collection of all accounts receivable
6.Work with the facility HR Coordinator to insure proper procedures for HR activities including payroll processing, hiring/firing, training, IDPs, raises, use of VQ, and employee benefits
7.Conduct sales calls in the general area of the facility
8.Manage facility inventory levels to insure high levels of customer satisfaction with the minimum possible investment (< 9% of sales)
9.Provide monthly facility performance reports to TGC management and update Facility Plan on a weekly basis
10.Model ethical and moral behavior consistent with the values and ideals espoused by TGC Jiaxing, L&R and The Gund Company

Minimum Requirements
1.College or university degree in business or engineering
2.Significant industry experience in either a sales, customer service, or production management role
3.Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma concepts to key business processes and demonstrating significant, measurable improvements
4.Experience in the electrical industry, composites industry or machine shop manufacturing preferred

Abilities Required
1.Ability to read, write and speak English and Mandarin fluently
2.Ability to use information systems including Microsoft products and Windows based business operating systems
3.Ability to read and analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for improvement
