学历：大专以上，有会计资格

工作经验要求：
1、8年以上相关工作经验
2、有独立处理公司财务、税务和诸如发票之类的处理工作经验
3、具有工厂财务相关的各种法规知识
4、确保遵守财务制度，能与各类政府机构沟通
5、具备IT方面知识，如：能使用简单的财务软件
6、银行相关的业务知识

其它要求：
1、有英语基础，能进行简单的英语听说读写
2、了解外资企业相关的财务、会计方面的各种法律法规
3、能与国外人员或职能部门合作协调
4、及时递交中国方面各类的报告
5、与当地的IT顾问联系，设置和维护IT的设立
6、乐意与最终客户协调，确保资金及时回收
7、正直、诚实
8、有ERP知识、有在新建立企业工作的经验、有在跨国公司工作经验为佳

Eductaional qualification : Diploma or above , A formal accountancy qualification is a must .

Work experince :　
- 8 years above post qualification experience.
- Must have hands on exposure to plant accounting , taxation structure & commercial actvities related to invoicing .
- Knowledge of the various statutory rules pertianing to plant accounting
- Should have intercated with various government agencies to ensure compliance - Some exposure to IT aspects like handling simple financial packages
- Knowledge of Banking Related Activities
- Handling of Petty Cash Transactions

Must Traits :
- Have basic English Knowledge, can communicate with English
- Good knowledge on variuos statutory requirements on financial / accounting aspects of a foreign owned enterprise
- Ability to coordinate with expat or functional experts operating out of the country
- Coordniation with China basedconsultants for submission of various statutory reports in a timely manner
- Intercation with local IT consultants to setup and maintain lean IT setup of the plant
- willingness to interact with end customers to ensure timely fund collection.
- Integrity of very high order

Nice to have traits :
- working Knowledge on any good ERP.
- Having worked in a start up organisation
- Experience in a multinational company
