Major Responsibility:
1. Release shipment in system based on each customer’s credit line
2. Issue invoice in system for all customer, and issue VAT invoice to domestic customer
3. AR account balance reconciliation with customer
4. Track intercompany balance
5. Prepare weekly AR balance report, aging report and sales report
6. Customer claim tracking and handling
7. Chase overdue payment
8. Monthly close of AR part, monthly AR balance report, aging report and sales report
9. Handle VAT refund from State Tax Bureau
10. Responsible for Tax area

Qualifications:
College Degree in Accounting or Finance, and 3+ years relevant working experience
Good bookkeeping and accounting skills required
Experience in multi country financial background would be preferred
Ability to obtain and summarise information to support leaders in making decisions
Ability to gather information and accurately identify the causes of problems in work processes
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Good English communication skill (especially written)
