Principal Accountabilities:

• Work with facilities to develop and implement Food Safety, Quality and Regulartory Assurance system
• Ensure the FSQR system running well and healthy in each location
• Build up BU food safety and quality manual to guide each SSC facilities

• Provide training on FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 to QA people of each location
• Lead the internal auditors to conduct internal audits within BU locations and across BU
• Support locations to prepare the key customer audits, esp. for new locations

• Manage Suppliers and External Mannufacturers for the BU ？
• Manage and coordinate internal auditor of each location to do the supplier audits ？
• Evaluate the key suppliers performance esp. for starch suppliers together with Procurement team ？
• Collaborate with global S/EM system build up

• Work together with facility QA engineer to do RCA for SQI incidents ？
• Find procedural gaps for serious customer incidents and continuous improve

• Connect with FSSC 22000 certification service party to do the yearly refresh audit and flying audits for each location ？
• Connect with Cargill Corn Milling and Refinery expert around the world to seek best practices and solutions

Essential Functions/Requirements:

• Travel requirement mainly in China of each location of SSC plants
• Bachelor Degree of Food Science and technology or related
• Above 5 years food industry experience
• Above 2 years Quality Assurance working experience in Multi-national food companies
• Strong leadership and influencing and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills and good team player
• Fluent in English
• Stress resistance
• Good organizational skills
