岗位描述：
Job description:
一、参与大区销售目标的制定与实施，制定具体的保证措施，负责达成本区销售目标；
Formulation and implementation, participate sales target region, formulate specific assurance measures, responsible for the sales target cost area;
二、执行公司的销售政策，并提出建议和反馈；
implement company's sales policy, and puts forward some suggestions and feedback;
三、大区内部销售会议的组织、召开；
large area of internal sales meetings, held;
四、大区团队的建立、培训、指导、业务考核，协助团队人员达成销售目标；
large area of team building, training, guidance, business assessment, to assist the team to achieve the sales target;
五、开发大区内的宣传推广渠道，包括展会、平面媒体、网络平台和引擎等；
the development of large area promotion channels, including exhibition, print media, network platform and engine;
六、收集区域内的市场需求、推广渠道反馈，提交展会建议，为公司的决策提供信息支持；
collect market demand within the region, promote the channel feedback submitted proposals, exhibition, to provide information support for the company's decision;
七、定期向上一级主管提供周、月、季、半年、全年区域销售管理工作总结报告及下期计划。提供区域内的各种销售基础数据及分析报告。
Regularly report to the superior the weekly, monthly, quarter, half year, regional sales management summary report and planning. With regional sales of basic data and analysis report.
任职资格：
一、3年以上外贸实务或业务开发经验，1年以上团队管理经验，有成功案例，渠道推广经验丰富； 3 years of experience in development of foreign trade or business, 1 years team management experience, have successful case, channel promotion experience;
二、思路清晰，有完整的团队管理经验和办法 ；
Clear thinking, a full team management experience and methods
三、具有较强的沟通技巧和分析能力；
With strong communication skills and analysis ability;
四、性别、年龄、专业不限；
Gender, age, professional limited;
五、英语六级以上，听说读写熟练。
English level six or above, fluent.
