岗位职责：
position statement：
1、全面负责分公司销售团队的管理、团队建设、指导培训、业务考核、激励方案；
Branch will be entirely responsible for the sales team management, team building, to guide the training, assessment and incentive scheme;
2、与集团销售总监共同制定分公司销售战略、销售目标并合理分解计划；
Together with the group director of sales branch sales strategy, sales targets and reasonable decomposition plan;
3、开发新的国际区域及新老客户的维护，确保战略计划的有效实施及销售目标的达成；
The development of new international area and the maintenance of old and new customers, to ensure the effective implementation of the strategic plan and achieve sales target;
4、收集分析行业资讯、客户需求、市场趋势，参与市场推广部评估市场推广方案；
Collect and analyze industry information, customer needs, market trends, participate in the Marketing Department to assess the marketing plan;
5、收集并提供展会建议，为公司决策提供信息支持；
Collecting and providing advice, provide information support for decision-making;
6、根据市场动态 ，创新思维，及时分析、评估、建议调整或修正营销战术；
According to the market dynamic, innovative thinking, analysis, evaluation, suggestion timely adjust or correct marketing tactics;
任职要求：
job requirements：
1、英语八级，英语口语及书面沟通表达精通者可放宽条件；
English 8, oral English and written communication master can loosen conditions;
2、国际贸易、商贸、市场营销或商务英语专业；
International trade, business, marketing or business English major;
3、八年以上外贸工作经验，5年以上大型工业品相关外贸销售行业，3年以上营销高层管理经验；
Eight years or above working experience in foreign trade, sales of large industrial products related to foreign trade more than 5 years industry, 3 years experience in marketing management;
4、优秀的沟通交流能力，善于分析对方的信息、准确判断、有说服力的言语组织；
Excellent communication skills, good at analysis of each other's information, accurate judgment and persuasive speech organization;
5、优秀的客户谈判能力、团队管理能力、良好的解决问题能力及较强的逻辑思维能力；
Excellent customer negotiation skills, team management ability, good problem solving skills and strong logical thinking ability;
6、具有卓越的独立开发国际市场的营销能力；
