工作职责

在Maximo系统中管理五金备件、生产耗材、劳保用品等的出入库记录

配合维修人员每天领用所需的备件，并进行相关记录

负责对到货的设备及备件进行卸货及联系技术工程师进行开箱验收

负责每月底与财务人员一起进行月末盘库

负责联系协调公司内部关于Maximo系统的相关问题

基本职位要求

大专以上，机械，物流或相关专业

有仓库管理员经验。

计算机操作经验。经常更新及制作Excel表格;经常使用Maximo系统进行出入库的相关工作。

良好的沟通协调能力

叉车使用技能

Maximo系统的使用

了解维修方式的发展和技术进步，能更多使用预见性维修模式。

嘉吉资产管理体系的学习及运用。

提高个人协调沟通能力，工作合理安排的能力。

与用户部门沟通协调的能力
