·In charge of the entire Company’s receivable and payable accounts plus the overall accounting and financial functions.

·General ledger maintenance and review journal vouchers, prepare monthly and quarterly reports of PRC.

·Assist in maintaining fixed assets.

·Performance report, Inter-company confirmation, consol-package and buget reports as required by holding company.

·Supervising and monitoring accounting staff for punctuality, timely accounts closing and other ad-hoc projects report.

·Ensure all internal and external reporting deadlines are met.

·Liaison with banks and taxation bureau taxation matters to meet the local statutory regulations.

·Liaison with auditors and preparing supporting documents for the annual audits by the appointed auditors.

·Provide feedback regarding any improvement on the accounting operation and internal controls procedure.



Project & Others:
1. Improve Expense Report Form & Ensure monthly closing precedure running smoothly.
2. Support Finance Manager for any ad hoc assignment.
3. Proactive communicate with business partner for accounting related problem solving.
4. Manage external finance service provider.
5. Coach and train team members for people development.
6. Perform other duties or tasks assigned by supervisor.
7. Comply with the rules and regulations of company.


Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting
· 3-5 years or above of Finance & Accounting experience in multinational companies
· Solid knowledge of Finance & Accounting, strong analytical skills
· Good computer skills for OFFICE(Excel, Word, Power Point)
· SAP Experience is preferred
· Good communication skills and self awareness
· Self motivated
· Good understanding of IFRS
· People Management experience
· Good at English skills in both writing and speaking
