a)Have worked in FPGA,Xilinx or Altera,board design.

b)Have worked for USB,Ethernet interface and ADC.

c)Experience in Micro-control 8051,Flash ,EPROM and Ram.

d)Have a deep knowledge in LCD TFT Gate Driver,Readout chip.

e)Have designed a board with analog,digital and mix signals together.

f)Have a good ability to deal with components'vendor,technical and business vice,create a professional and low cost BOM.

g)Using Orcad or other tools to draw schematics.

h)Using Hyperlynx to do pre/post layout board simulation.

i)At least can read Pads' layout ,be able to draw in Pads is a definitely plus.

j)Set design rules and guide lines to PCB layout.

k)Have a deep knowledge in low noise,low temperature and long trace line board issue.
