Quality Engineer
质量工程师
RESPONSIBILITY职责
? To conduct inspection to outsourced products and in-house products, make qualified inspection report and push supplier to improve manufacture process and quality.
执行外协产品和自产产品的检验，做好合格的检验报告并跟踪供应商生产工艺及质量。
? Secure all products delivered to customer are qualified.
保证所有交货给客户的产品都是合格的。
? Translate customer requirement to supplier and provide quality and technology support to supplier. Make quality control plan and necessary quality documents
将客户要求传达给供应商并且提供质量和技术支持，制定质量控制计划和其它所需的质量文件。
? Quality control activities in releasing new product, new process and so on.
在新产品投入生产前进行必要的质量空制及制定流程等。
? Handle with customer complain, analysis deviation, investigate root cause, and complete corrective actions. and follow up deviation until that is closed
处理客户投诉，分析不良，调查不良原因，并制定完整的纠正措施，跟踪不良直到完成。
? Drive effective corrective actions based on solid facts and data analysis
根据现有的事实和数据分析执行有效的纠正措施。
? Set targets and roadmaps to implement continuous improvement on quality with suppliers
对于供应商产品质量制定目标和方案来执行持续改善。
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE 教育和培训经历
? Strong responsibility, motivation and initiative
责任心强，工作主动积极。
? Degree qualified in Engineering ( Mechanical, Engineering or process Technology) or relevant Technical qualification
工程类学士学位（机械工程类，工程技术类）或相关技术学位。
? Good command in both written and reading English
良好的英语读、写沟通能力
? Minimum of 1 years experience in the manufacturing and/or quality management of metal parts
一年以上生产企业金属部件质量控制经验
? Knowledge of Quality management systems and standards used in metal manufacturing. Experienced in product and process auditing
有金属工厂质量管理系统和标准相关知识和产品及流程审计经验。
? 1 years experience in quality /supplier management, with demonstrated ability to implement Quality and process improvements
一年以上供应商质量控制经验，并且有能力执行质量流程。
? Strong analytical, problem solving background
很强的分析问题，解决问题能力。
