Work Described-Project Engineer
The work requires a experienced Engineer with previous working knowledge within project and valid engineering developing. The position requires work on sight, as well as working together with our customer to be able to produce the best possible products suited just for them.
As Project Engineer you work close with our suppliers as well with our own production/purchasers, to be able to see problems and find solutions so that we always can reach beyond the customer's requirements and allow an improvement if wanted.
It is necessary that you have a basic, preferred even better than basic, knowledge about the most common machines and equipment that are used to produce shop fitting. Mainly in metal, but also in alternative material such as wood, plastic aso. This to be able to provide effective and cost saving solutions for both customers and company.
As an Project Engineer you need to have good computer skills in the Office package as well as former CAD skill, since you must be able to provide our customer with everything from quotations and drawings to layouts and presentations.
Bigger projects can from time to time involve miner busyness trips which means that you have to be flexible to meet the needs of both company and customers.
We also require that you master both speaking and writing in English, since we have a lot of non-Chinese customers. The work also involve communication with both Engineering supervisor and other colleagues around the world.
Purpose
Delivering accurate cost effective solutions to meet both company and client requirements.
To handle big projects, to developing, to maintain and make sure that we always reach to and beyond our customers' requirements.
Responsibilities
Loyal to the company, always do business in our favor. Developing new project shall always support our own production if possible. All products, ideas, solutions aso. developed by the Project Engineers during the employment belongs to KH and cannot be used in other purposes.
Ensure modifications to make sure specifications are understood and communicated back to the business , with cost variations captured to maximize margins


Duties
Quotations, drawings, valid engineering, product developing, customer support.
Analyze, break down, dispense and prepare tender documents. Identify risks and propose actions and solutions.
Being innovative and creative to find solutions to increase the company's competitiveness.
Be able to lead project implementations.
Follow the company's quality and environmental management.
As early as possible identify risks and immediately find solutions or inform the steering committee.

Deliver in time and make sure that we always hold the given deadlines.
Transition Area
To get an effective project funding for implementation of new business.
That the work practice and procedure follows, and strengthen them to maintain our accuracy and competition skills.
Skills required
Technical background with good knowledge of shop fittings, materials and production processes. Acumen business, a spirit to lead and develop new products.
Good language skills in English (other language is an advantage).
Good computer skills, particularly in AutoCAD, 3D CAD (AutoDesk Inventor is an advantage) and the Office program.
