职位描述
职责：
1、负责公司质量管理各种制度的制定与实施，零缺陷、全面质量管理等各种质量管理活动的组织与推动。
2、制定和完善质量管理目标责任制，确保产品质量稳定提高，及时处理和解决各种质量事故和纠纷。组织实施对原材料、外购件、自制产品的检验，以及对产品的工序、成品的检验，填写检验报告，对出厂产品的质量全部负责。 3、组织实施对原材料、外购件、自制产品的检验，以及对产品的工序、过程的检验，并填写检验报告，对进厂产品的质量全部负责。
4、负责制成过程中巡检工作和管理分析，对制程质量进行研究并提出改善和预防措施。
5、组织公司内部对不合格品进行评审，针对质量问题组织制定纠正、预防和改进措施，并加以跟踪和验证。
6、提供年、季、月度质量工作统计表，建立和完善质量工作原始记录，台帐、统计表、质量成本统计核算程序。
7、建立和完善质量保证体系，执行质量管理规定，推行质量全面管理，以及质量体系的认证，组织推行等工作。
8、客户质量投诉案件及销货退回的分析、检查与改善措施，并做好相关记录。
9、检验仪器、量具、实验设备的校正与保管。
10、配合人力资源部做好全员质量管理的教育培训工作。
11、对公司的来料，制程及成品出货质量负全权责任。
12、协助生产顺利进行，保证生产在制造过程的产品质量，确保生产正常运行。
13、全面负责公司的QS运作完善和制程检验保证； 14、建立品质程序文件和作业指导书及相关检验表单记录；质量标准的建立和修改；
15、其它有关的质量管理职任。
要求：
1、大专以上学历，品质管理经验3年以上；
2、英语听说读写良好。英语一般者勿投。
