职位描述

职责:
1、负责公司质量管理各种制度的制定与实施,零缺陷、全面质量管理等各种质量管理活动的组织与推动。  
2、制定和完善质量管理目标责任制,确保产品质量稳定提高,及时处理和解决各种质量事故和纠纷。组织实施对原材料、外购件、自制产品的检验,以及对产品的工序、成品的检验,填写检验报告,对出厂产品的质量全部负责。  3、组织实施对原材料、外购件、自制产品的检验,以及对产品的工序、过程的检验,并填写检验报告,对进厂产品的质量全部负责。  
4、负责制成过程中巡检工作和管理分析,对制程质量进行研究并提出改善和预防措施。  
5、组织公司内部对不合格品进行评审,针对质量问题组织制定纠正、预防和改进措施,并加以跟踪和验证。  
6、提供年、季、月度质量工作统计表,建立和完善质量工作原始记录,台帐、统计表、质量成本统计核算程序。 

7、建立和完善质量保证体系,执行质量管理规定,推行质量全面管理,以及质量体系的认证,组织推行等工作。  

8、客户质量投诉案件及销货退回的分析、检查与改善措施,并做好相关记录。  
9、检验仪器、量具、实验设备的校正与保管。  
10、配合人力资源部做好全员质量管理的教育培训工作。

11、对公司的来料,制程及成品出货质量负全权责任。 

12、协助生产顺利进行,保证生产在制造过程的产品质量,确保生产正常运行。  
13、全面负责公司的QS运作完善和制程检验保证;  14、建立品质程序文件和作业指导书及相关检验表单记录;质量标准的建立和修改;  
15、其它有关的质量管理职任。
要求:
1、大专以上学历,品质管理经验3年以上;
2、英语听说读写良好。英语一般者勿投。
